Planning & Design
Entirely bespoke to you and your celebration this extensive service encompasses all aspects of your wedding from sourcing a venue to tracking your budget and devising a design concept. We’ll be with you every step of the way, taking care of every little detail and ensuring your entire event is a phenomenal success.
At the outset we’ll meet with you to discuss your requirements. From here, whilst keeping you informed and in firm control, we’ll deal with the following:
The Venue – Using our extensive knowledge of venues throughout the Southeast we’ll find the perfect location for your wedding whether it be a grand ballroom, a country mansion, a rustic barn or a bohemian tent.
The Suppliers – We’ll source all the necessary suppliers for your wedding from florists and stationers to photographers and entertainers. For each area of your event, we’ll produce a detailed shortlist of thoroughly vetted professionals complete with references and fees enabling you to make an informed decision.
The Management – We take care of all your wedding administration; arranging appointments, attending meetings, ordering samples and handling all wedding related paperwork, phone calls and emails. We manage your budget, track all payments, develop a wedding day schedule
and liaise with all your suppliers to ensure they are clear regarding the day’s arrangements. Throughout the planning process, we are always on hand to give you the benefit of our expert knowledge and experience.
The Design – We work with you to identify a design theme that is personal and unique to you and your celebration. We’ll produce colour schemes and design boards, search for the perfect accessories and if necessary decorate your venue; hanging decorations, scattering petals, tying ribbons and putting all the finishing touches in place.
The Day – When the day itself arrives we are on hand to manage your event, ensuring everything goes without a hitch, decorating your venue and acting as a point of contact for your guests and suppliers.
Fees for this service are calculated at 10-15% of your event's overall budget.
