Relieving you of one of the most crucial and time-consuming aspects of planning your wedding, this service ensures your plans get off the right start.
Following an in-depth consultation to discuss your venue requirements, this service includes:
- Initial research using our comprehensive database of recommended venues as well as a detailed search for new venues.
- Visits to any potential venues that are currently unknown to Weddings by Zoë Lingard to ensure their suitability for your celebration.
- Production of a highly detailed Venue Report featuring at least 3 suitable venues. Reports include: venue specification, estimated costs, pros & cons, photographs & previous client testimonials.
- Accompanying you to view potential venues, talking you through the features of each venue & highlighting any issues that are of relevance to you and your celebration.
- Assistance in negotiating a contract and making a finalised booking with your preferred venue.
